Final evaluation and final pieces

During my whole ’View Point’ project I tried to capture speed by taking pictures of moving objects. I have chosen my artists because I found their pictures really interesting and so tried to use the idea of panning for my own pictures.

I have tried to capture the movement of a moving object. I think in the first and second shot I have met my intention the best. Als the third shot is okay. I don't like the whole 4th shot that much, because the colors are too dark, but I think the final outcome is relative okay.

I have taken all of the photos with long exposure. I had to set a low ISO, otherwise the picture gets to bright. I have also focused manual, so I haven't got delay to focusing.

By panning (swing) the camera I have produced dynamic in my pictures, which my initial project was.

To achieve a good success, I have pursued the moving object already for a long time before triggering by the viewfinder.

I have taken all the pictures of shot 1 and 4 with a Nikon D200, with this lens: "nikon af-s dx zoom nikkor 17-55mm 1:2.8 ged" the pictures of shot 2 and 3 I have taken with the school camera (Canon EOS1100D and used this lens: 18-55 mm).

I have also tried to make another website, because Blogger didn't inspire me that much. So i have used 'WIX' instead. Here you can get to my other website.

Throughout my work I have had my artist's influencing my planning and technique and I feel this is evident in my work.

For my final pieces I'm going to present them by putting one after the other, the slowest object first and the fastest at the end. Hereby I want to show the speed in our life and that time is passing to fast.

We all should calm down a little bit and enjoy our life more.
