Fourth shot: evaluation, contact sheet and final picture

My fourth shot I have taken in Italy. I live in the north of Italy, where normally is a lot of snow. In 2014 in a village near my hometown there was three meters of snow, but his year it didn’t snowed a lot. Nevertheless I wanted to take some pictures with it, so I have decided to go to a ski run.

The first location where I have taken some pictures was on a mountain.

But as you can see in pictures 1-4 only on the ski run was snow and the hill in the background are brown and the sun was already gone. But anyway, I think picture 4 worked the best of this first four pictures, because the other persons in the background are really blurred and the skier is still sharp. I also think that the blue color of his ski suit fits good with the white snow.

I wanted to avoid the brown background and so I went even higher on the mountain, where I finally found a place with more snow where there was still sun.

Picture 5 I like the most, because you can see the fear in the attitude of the skier.

I don't like picture 6, because the person on it is too far away. Neither I like picture 7, because you can see only the back of the woman. Photos 8, 9, 10 and 11 I don’t like that much because there is the big orange barrier in the background. And finally, picture 12 I also don’t like because I tried to capture the motion of the skiers by panning the camera, but the exposure was too short.

My final picture of this shot I flipped across the y-axis (horizontal). So the skier moves in the same direction as all the objects of my other shots. I also tried to delete some of the orange barriers in the background, cropped the picture and made the colors a little bit intensiver.

This is the final result:
